I was out of town for 4 days and gained 4lbs during that time. I'm going to have to work really, really hard to get back to where I was. However, I'm not too concerned as I still feel positive and this setback simply confirms to me that I will always require a food journal to keep me accountable. I left my food journal at home while I was away. I was at a volleyball tournament, so my time away consisted of a lot of "food court food" - not always the healthiest option.
I'm still going to try attain the 5lb loss in May in the WOAM challenge.

    One of the hardest habits to overcome is the challenge to get back on the horse when you fall of, so to speak. Sounds like you're in the right attitude to get back on track and that's wonderful. We all have times when we get off track, but the main thing is that we get going again. It's when we let it keeps us down that we go back to where we started. Keep up with the great work, you can do it!!!
