I'm pretty sure I've blogged about this before... the set-point re-set. My "set-point" - my body's natural happy place - was 185 for years. I topped out at 195 but fortunately didn't stick there. On my way down I've plateau'd at several intermediate weights; I say that was re-setting time. So now I'm re-setting again, this time right around 170. Plateaus are always a little frustrating, so I have to keep reminding myself how great it is to be "stuck" at 170 instead of 185 or 195... and that I'll lose those last few pounds in time, no rush. Summer is here, so lots of fresh fruit and outdoor activity are in store.
