Falling backwards....

So I feel like I started out so good and lost 6.4lbs in just a few short weeks. I was so excited and so happy!!

They my husband and I went away for a few days last weekend and although I really didn't make any "bad" choices (plus we did a TON of walking) I have yet to be able to get control again and see more progress. I have been craving chocolate, ice cream and everything I know that I can't afford right now. I really haven't eaten anything that I have wanted yet though, good thing!!

I was so excited about my weightless and for some reason, I haven't figured out yet, I can't get back into it yet this week and it is now almost over. My weigh in day is tomorrow and I just know I am going to see a gain. UGHHHHH!!

I need to get myself back on track, maybe I need a push???

    Don't let one small smetback throw you off completely. You've made so many excellent choices and are continuing to do so! Instead of grabbing the chocolate, ice cream and who knows what else, you're doing something proactive: reflecting, journaling, making a better choice.

Plus, that time's a-coming! We're gonna see a small increase because Flo's coming... so don't get too upset! Keep walking, keep munching those veggies, keep making healthy meals for yourself and remind yourself you lost almost 1/4 of what you needed to lose rather than continued that weight gain swing you'd been on through winter!!!
