well, it finally happened. when i stepped on the scale this morning, i found out i've lost exactly 100 lbs!! i know i could never have done it without strength from God, so all the glory goes to Him!!

you know, it almost felt like fireworks were going to go off, confetti was gonna drop, and balloons would come floating in from nowhere. that's how good it felt! i even called lucas in to look at the scale, and that NEVER happens!

i can do anything i set my mind to. i know that now. as long as i do my part, God will do His. if i stop now, i will be selling myself short. and so, i press on...
