Stressful Day!

Today was stressful but I got through it without turning to food for comfort. This is HUGE for me since I am an emotional eater.
One thing I am having trouble with is the 8 hours of sleep I am supposed to get a night, I am averaging 4-5 hours a night. I will have to keep working on that.

    Just as you got into the *habit* of using food for comfort, you can get into the habit of healthy food choices and a full night's sleep!

    I read an article on Spark about sleep and it suggested going to bed 15 mins early each week (or day?) until you get the full allotted time for sleep. It allows your body to slowly adjust to the time.

    GOOD FOR YOU!!!!

    Isn't it a GREAT feeling - the sleep will come. I'm a 4-5 hours at most usually, but in the past month I've built up to 7-8! I believe it is the inner peace and exercising that has work wonders...and it is SO nice to be able to sleep!!
