Can't believe I really haven't done much yet! Still learning to navigate all the pages & figure out how to use everything. Have started tracking my food intake which should help. Not doing too much exercise--tore my achilles tendon--so no walking etc--so only doing some arm exercises with light weights while I sit & watch TV. emoticon
