Well my biggest goal has been to loose weight and now I have a greater motivation to do so. I am joining the Army and with a body fat percentage of 45 something I am thinking it would be better to kick it up a notch.
This week I promise to walk/jog for 2 miles a day and to keep my time during intervel training to under 30 mins.
I also intend to start my strength training back up again and do a full body workout at least 3 times this week.
I will avoid fast food and eating before I go to bed.
Thats whats going on this week and hopefully that kick starts my progress.
