So, I hope everyone enjoyed a taste of my hometown. : ) I'm not a big race track fan, but it is a sight to see. As well as bike should look that up sometime. It's CRAZY!!! But it makes me want to hop on the back of a motorcycle w/ a hot harley man! lol

I thought I blew it today, and I didn't. It was nice. I exercised this morning even though I didn't want to. The water aerobics weren't as vigorous as it was last week (different class...more controlled, but it made me think of it almost as yoga). But I was in the water moving for one hour, so that counts for something!

I think I had too many chips w/ dinner (because I had a few BEFORE dinner!), but all things aside, I'm still within my calorie range, and I could probably have a bite of dessert if I wanted to. Good to know. I'm happy that even though it wasn't the best day, I didn't throw in the towel at any point. I've stuck with this for 2 weeks here, a month there...but never entirely consistently. I want to do that...and I'm sure gonna try. Normally on a day like today, I'd just say FORGET IT and eat everything. But I didn't.

Last week I should have wanted to eat the house (for womanly reasons), but I didn't. It was the first week of the challenge, and I did just fine. Well, THIS week, Tom came to visit, so once again, I should be doing poorly. But I'm not. Maybe mentally here and there I am...but the support from my WONDERFUL team of friends is absolutely amazing, so I'm able to keep on going. How great are you!!!!!!!!!! you all. I hope you have a blessed evening and a great Tuesday. I can't wait to hear about it! emoticon

    You sure know how to host a city, girlfriend!! Way to go!! You did so awesome this first week. I'm glad that you see that. Your involvment provides so much motivation for the entire PHAT team.     So I'm not the best influence sometimes (like opening that d@mn bag of chips before dinner...I was sooooo HUNGRY!) but you still did great today! Ice cream and ruffles really aren't all that yummy, are they? LOL Bring on some pretzels and maybe we'll talk. Love you! emoticon
