Heart Rate Goals

This weekend I took my blood pressure and heart rate. It wasn't a first thing in the morning resting heart rate, but it is something to start with. According to the SparkPeople calculator here are my heart rate goals:

Your heart rate ranges (in beats per minute)
55%: 135 bpm 75%: 159 bpm
60%: 141 bpm 80%: 165 bpm
65%: 147 bpm 85%: 171 bpm
70%: 153 bpm

I believe my heart rate was 69 bpm, my blood pressure was 100 / 69'ish.
