Things get hectic and stressy and one runs around doing everything for other people which may indirectly be good for you but is not focussed on you. So for the next week I am planning a little more *ME* time.
Working on my Elliptical for me
Doing some more exercise for me
Relaxing for me
Getting more sleep for me
Eating well for me including a few treats
