Me Week

Sunday, May 11, 2008

Things get hectic and stressy and one runs around doing everything for other people which may indirectly be good for you but is not focussed on you. So for the next week I am planning a little more *ME* time.

Working on my Elliptical for me
Doing some more exercise for me
Relaxing for me
Getting more sleep for me
Eating well for me including a few treats

Want to join me in a *ME WEEK*?

I'm starting the European Jaunt Challenge tomorrow - another me thing.

Oooo! I will join you in"Me" week. My nephew has been very ill lately, and I've had to be my sister's support system, without getting supported in return. I need a week for me. Let the good times role!

    You GO, devil woman!

What you can do for yourself is far more POWERFUL than anything others can do FOR you, no matter how much they love you.

You deserve some of your OWN undivided attention! WORK it! Your fans are watching and cheering
