getting back on track

Well I slipped into my old habits for about a week. Let myself get lazy, stopped exercising, not caring too much what I ate. Put a couple pounds back on. Seeing that number on the scale was like a splash of cold water in the face. And I'm like, omg what am I doing to myself. So as of yesterday starting working out again. Getting my hour in every day. And being more concious about what I'm putting in my mouth. I noticed also that since I wasn't working out that I wasn't drinking the full 8 cups of water that I was supposed to be drinking. Was only about 5. So that's changed too cause I drink most of a full 20 oz bottle of water during and right after my workout.
I want to lose weight. I want to be thin again. I want more energy. I want to look and feel better.
I am going to lose weight, be thin again, have more energy and look and feel great. I am going to do it!
