New Plan (short term)

I've only got 3 mintues so I'll make this short and sweet. I've gained back 4 pounds, which now makes my original goal weight of 145 in mid-June impossible. But things have spun out of control, and I can only take charge of so much. So here's my list.

1. Eat CLEAN. Period. No evil white stuff. Period. Cleanse the body again.

2. Read Tosca again. Put it in the bathroom, the only place I have any time to do anything anymore. Get reaquainted with the clean-eating concepts and why. Read, read and re-read.

3. Don't worry about the exercise... yet. Concentrate on #1-2 and get it if possible but not a priority. Only 2 more weeks til school is out and the craziness ebbs. Then I can return to the treadmill in earnest.

4. Six small meals and TRACK them. Find time to do this. Stick with less than 1800 calories and 2000 mg of sodium. Remember the protein factor!

5. WATER. I know that this makes a difference, but it's fallen back too. No water at work? Bring it every day then.
