I splurged last night. Ive been doing super low carb for 2+ weeks and after not losing weight I went crazy with carbs yesterday..lol I had hot ham and cheese sub and some pizza..I am a bit swollen today but the scale was the same. YAY!
I'm feeling much better than I did yesterday. I got a easy workout in. My hamstring is still really sore from the 10miles I did on Mon, so I kinda babied it today.
Thanks for reading and listening to me yesterday, Im back on the boat. Hopefully throwing in some extra carbs and cals will shake my body up a bit...
