So Life suddenly went from boring to over full. How do I react.
I eat out way to much, I only log part of my food per day, and exercise?
What's that? It takes too much time.
OK. so I am re-doing my fitness plan and switching the nights I work out on.
I figure since I now get off work at 4:30 pm I can head straight to the YMCA
on monday and thursday nights. Now all I have to do is REMEBER my gym bad
those mornings. And make sure that I schedule NOTHING before 6:30 those
evenings. That's always the hard one. Keeping my schedule from expanding
more into those evenings. Then I just have to do cardio ONE every weekend. I
want to keep that as a floater, in hopes that I will be diciplined and cram
that in at least once during that lovely two day stretch of time off.
As for food blogging. VERY hard. I no longer have internet at work and so I
keep not keeping track of my food.
I will try to start emailing myself every day.
And as for the eating out. I don't care how good the deep fried stuff is.
I must stay away from it.
