Hello everyone. I just wanted to give you and update on my challenges for this month and how i was doing thous far.
First off i have to say i have not cheated as of yet. I have had no diet coke or any type of soda, no white carbs and no fast food. My major issues in life. LOL...but i have been strong and it is paying off.
At the start of the month i was weighting 166.6 i have lost 3.4 which puts me in 163.2. I am thrilled to say my hard work is paying off and i am out of that rut i was in. I would not go below 166.6.
I can tell in my tummy area that is going down and while i was taking a shower a bit ago i saw my legs and they are not as big as before.
I will take my meassurements at the end of the first two weeks in may and see what the results are.
Here is everything i have to do......and meassurements.
i have to complete 500 cardio mins. -----i have completed 330 so far.
I have to lose 4 pounds --------- i have lost 3.4
i have to lose 3 inches----------i have to meassure at the end of the two weeks but here are my inches.
waist---37 1/2
Hip ---43
neck----15
arm ---14
bust-----45
thighs ----24 1/2
so i stil have another week and a half to go. talk to you all soon.
