Working towards my goal with Sparkpeople's Swimsuit bootcamp!

Okay, well I started over about 3 weeks ago! I fell of the wagon, so to speak, after my spinal tap (with all the complications I had afterwards...and not being able to workout for a couple of weeks). But I'm back!! I got back up to 235, but am now 231 (WOO!) Well I'm tracking my swimsuit bootcamp goals and challenges now! I missed the Day 1 Video yesterday, so I did that today as well as Day 2 video. In about 10 minutes I will also be doing 30 minutes of Turbo Jam (YAH BABY!!) And as far as the bootcamp daily challenge, I have had my 3 servings of fruit! I worked out all last week and feel great. With one week of exercising under my belt, I feel a lot more energetic and my self confidence has actually boosted a little. I know in my heart that I CAN do it!

4 pounds lost baby!!! 96 more to go!!!
