Day 1 - 5/4/08 - Cardio video twice - 20 minutes; Walk for cardio - 30 minutes; ST (pushups, crunches, 21s, shrugs, side bends, stretch).
Bonus - Done - start this blog, post picture. Picture won't post from home, will do this at school tomorrow.
Day 2 - 5/5/08 - Cardio: walk - 30 minutes; bike - 15 minutes; ST Bootcamp video twice.
Bonus - Done - 3 fruits (cherries in muffin, 2 oranges, bits of apple in salad)
Day 3 - 5/6/08 - Cardio: walk - 30 minutes (might be more, accidentally reset pedometer); ST Bootcamp video twice (except only one set of of tricep dips and modified pushups).
Bonus - Done - 2 x 15 close arm pushups (triangle wall pushups - done at school)
Day 4 - 5/7/08 - Cardio: walk 35 min; ST Bootcamp video twice (except plank, had to modify due to injured foot, and did fewer)
Bonus - Done - 3 vegs (2 servings of baby carrots, mushrooms, 1 cup arugula)
Day 5 - 5/8/08 - Cardio: walk 25 min; Bike: 15 minutes; Bootcamp video once (bridges!)
Bonus - Skipped - Calf raise with a hop - hmmmm - after getting bawled out by my physical therapist for the marching, I'll pass on the calf raise.
Day 6 - 5/9/08 - Cardio: walk 45 min; Bootcamp video (10 reps) - upper
Bonus - Done - 8 cups+ water - no problem, I think I had 10. Plus 36 oz of nonfat half-caf latte. Floating!
Day 7 - 5/10/08 - Cardio: walk 40 minutes; Bootcamp video - upmteen different kinds of crunches - whew! I did double sets of everything, except the side plank which I simply cannot seem to do (half of it is shoulder problems, half of it is I'm just not very coordinated and can't stay balanced!), and I did a modified plank for the pike thingy.
Bonus - Done - 3 sets (10 reps) reverse crunch
Day 8 - 5/11/08 - Skipped video - cardio = 4 hr kayak/hike/snorkel trip - I estimate at least 2.5 to 3 hours of activity - FABULOUS! Also did a ton of stretching yoga holds at home to prevent stiff and sore muscles.
Bonus - Done (and then some) 60 minutes moderate activity - kayak trip
Day 9 - 5/12/08 - Cardio: 30 min walk, 20 min bike; bootcamp video twice.
Bonus - Skipped - Thigh/Glute video - won't play for me, nonprintable.
Day 10 - 5/13/08 - Cardio: 40 min walk; bootcamp video twice, plus some extra ST.
Bonus - Done - Salad - carrots with lunch, salad with dinner - total Fruit & Veg 12 today!!!!
Day 11 - 5/14/08 - Cardio: 40 min walk; bootcamp video once.
Bonus - Done - Abs video - did most of it (cannot do side plank) - ooooh, double whammy of ab work - but did it!
Day 12 - 5/15/08 - Cardio: 65 min walk (field trip); bootcamp video
Bonus - Not done - Lunges or lunge w/ ball video (+)
Day 13 - 5/16/08 - Cardio - 55 min walk, 20 min bike, did some ST. Did NOT do bootcamp video - had a mahi sandwich for dinner that apparently had a little mango on it, had an allergic reaction, spent the rest of the evening in the emergency room.
Bonus - Done - Sleep 7 hrs! Not bad on epinephrine and prednisone!
Day 14 - 5/17/08 - Skipped the bootcamp video, feel rather wiped out from the allergic reaction yesterday.
Bonus - Done - 15 minute walk.
Day 15 - 5/18/08 - Cardio - 30 min total. Skipped video, still trying to recuperate.
Bonus - Half done - Can't run video, but did stretching - Lower body stretching video after bootcamp cardio video
Day 16 - 5/19/08 - Cardio - 40 min walking; bootcamp video twice (lower)
Bonus - Not done - Pilates hip & thigh workout - can't run the video
Day 17 - 5/20/08 - Cardio - 45 min walk; 20 min bike; bootcamp video twice.
Bonus - Done - Eat whole grains - whole grain multi bagel w/ bkfst; whole multigrain bread w/ lunch; granola bar snack; 100% semolina pasta with dinner (okay, white, but I have 37 gr of fiber, so I figured regular pasta with tartufo salsa would be a splurge).
BOOTCAMP UPDATE 5.20.08
Despite taking 3 days off due to a severe allergic reaction to mango, I'm finding the bootcamp exercises easier, and I can do more reps per set, and complete 2 sets without resting.
And - best - I can feel a difference as I exercise, particularly in my thighs (which need help).
I don't see much difference in my abs, though.
Thinking out loud - maybe I'll keep these routines, put them in the tracker, alternate through them for my ST. Would be good for the summer travelling ST.

Day 21 - 5/24/08 - Cardio - 30 min walk; 15 min water jog; Friday & Saturday bootcamp videos (upper and abs) once each
