It's after midnight, so technically it's day 1 of swimsuit boot camp!
My goals are not so much related to looking a certain way in a swimsuit at the end of it, but rather to feel better and to have stuck to an exercise plan for the whole month! The prompting with something different each day should really help. I think that's what makes SparkPeople so engaging initially: those different goals every week or two!
Right now I weigh 182 and I have some pictures that someone took of me at work recently. Maybe I'll post them at the end if there is a visible change.
