May is the "be good to myself" month.

I'm going to take one step at a time. I'm going to listen to my body for food, exercise, and sleep I'm going to let my heart grow with love, and let that love flow out, but not allow others to take from me. I'm going to protect my spirit with this love: a shield but also a doorway, and I chose when to open the door and to whom.

I will eat reasonably every day and not use my "leftover" calorie on junk food.
I will attend dance class every week, yoga class 6 times this month, spinning class every week. I will get back in the pool. I will stretch for 10 minutes every evening, possibly with 1/2 of yoga.
I will tell my loved ones that I love them every time that I see them. When someone I haven't spoken to comes to mind, I'm get in touch with them to say "I love you".
I will say evening prayers with my children and my husband. I will thank God every day for the miracle and mercy her showed by saving my niece from drowning.
I will give freely from what I have. I will ask forgiveness when I ere. I will not carry guilt about those things that I cannot do or those errors I do make. I will expect my best, which is not perfection, and I will forgive myself for not being perfect.

    Sounds like a good, but ambitious, program! I'm glad you will be forgiving yourself when you are not perfect!
