'fear about not being able to lose weight' I just read this in someone else's blog and it struck home. I've gotten stuck so many times. I weighed in yesterday and I was up 1.2 lbs. I don't want to get discouraged. I know I can lose if I keep working at it, I was getting enthusiastic and then 2 weeks of no or negative movement. I need to keep plugging on, keep food in perspective. It is not that important. I can go without eating. Find something else to do if I get bored, turn off the tv, turn off the compter in the evening. I could exercise, call a friend, read a book, knit, start a new project.
I still need to lose at least 30 lbs. I've lost 20 lbs already. It took 9 months. Do I have to wait another year to lose this weight? Better to lose a little at a time than gain.
