Today has been a good day. I've managed to workout 2x today, getting in 90min of cardio and 30min of strength so far. I still need to do my PT exercises and some core work. I ate really well today and I'm going to try and get closer to 1200cals today. For the last week I've been under 1000/day. The scale told me 138.4 this morning. Yeah. I haven't seen a # that low since before my 2nd son was born 3 1/2 years ago (and had another one since that...18mo ago). I'm finally seeing some progress and it feels great. My belly is looking flatter and my energy level is SO much better. I hope to keep this up to get to my goal weight and stay there.
