well, it's almost May now. The last 4 months have been tough, but I am back on track with my exercise. All the new hip and back pain is resolved. The nutrition stuff is going well; I'm still sticking with the 1200-1500 calorie recomendations from SP, but I'm on a plateau with the actual weight loss. I'm stuck! Hopefully, I am changing some of my fat into muscle which may be the case becasue my clothes are fitting differently and people swear I'm still losing weight. It feels good to have people notice but the best part is that can encourage others. Hey, if I can do it so you they!
