Made It!

Yes! I made it through my first week, tracked my food every day, and drank all the water most days. I lost 5 lbs! I'm amazed, I really didn't expect that big a loss the 1st. week. I usually average 1-2 lbs a week when I am seriously watching it. I am psyched up now! emoticon
