Wow, what a hellish couple of weeks I've had, and next week should culminate them in absolute misery :P
The good news is I'm still hitting my calorie goals...even though it's really REALLY hard! I haven't wanted to eat fast food and pizza so bad in a long time. But I'm stressed out about as much as I've ever been (this is by far the hardest end of semester I've ever had, I can't even describe it!).
The scale has gone up a little...but I haven't had time to exercise...I know it would help, but my allergies are killing me and I seriously don't have time. I'll get back to them at the end of this week. I think stress makes you gain weight, even if you aren't stress eating, which sucks.
I'm still under 220 though, so that's good. I just need to make it 5 more days without breaking down and eating everything in sight. It's going to be hard
I have 2 finals on Monday, a final and a final clinical conference on Tuesday, nothing on Wednesday, and the hardest final EVAR on Thursday.
So expect me to be a little more active on the boards again after Thursday. I've been reading everything everyone's been posting, but I don't have time to write out responses right now. Things will be back to normal after this week though, so don't fret.
