This is my first day on this site and so far I like it.
I track my food goals on a site called fitday www.fitday.com
I probably will not transfer my nutrition goals from there to here so that part of my profile will be blank. Lots of the recipies look good though and I may
use some of them in the future.
I go to the gym 3 days a week and lift weights. Some days I will also stay and do 30 min to an hour on the elpytical (sp). On my off days I walk 5.4 miles a day up and down the hills where I live.
I just recently quit smoking and have been looking for ways to keep myself occupied so I bought a jumprope today.
Not having used one in years,
I had forgotten how hard it really is. My goal is to get to where I can jump rope for 30 minutes. (250 calories burned)
This is going to take some work since I keep getting it stuck in between my toes
every few minutes.
