Well, I'm a bloggin. I know it's good to make a note of "how it's going" I notice I feel better the days I have a good workout. It doesn't work to go every day. So, the walks on the in between days are good. I have felt a bit more like snacking lately. The frequent small meals is good for me. But, avoiding the snack foods. Okay, I confess...I had some baked potato chips this afternoon. Should I fell guilty? Well, I didn't eat half the bag...since there was only a bit left. I put them in my son's lunch, sometimes. Okay, well tomorrow will be a better eating day. Yes, it will!

    Don't feel guilty.....You can have those things in small portions once in awhile but increase the cardio that day. Evens itself out....shhhh! Don't tell anybody but I had a sugar cookie and a lunch bag of regular potato chips. Today it was like I had an empty pit in my stomach.....was hungry all day. Keep in mind that the more you work out the more fuel you need. Please do not limit yourself there on too few calories. You need them. emoticon

    Good for you for making it baked potato chips. No guilt there! I feel better on exercise day too! I'm finding that my body is craving activity now on my "days off", so I do strength training or stretching on those day. emoticon
