Well, I'm a bloggin. I know it's good to make a note of "how it's going" I notice I feel better the days I have a good workout. It doesn't work to go every day. So, the walks on the in between days are good. I have felt a bit more like snacking lately. The frequent small meals is good for me. But, avoiding the snack foods. Okay, I confess...I had some baked potato chips this afternoon. Should I fell guilty? Well, I didn't eat half the bag...since there was only a bit left. I put them in my son's lunch, sometimes. Okay, well tomorrow will be a better eating day. Yes, it will!
