I am still around, just hiding in the shadows as I work out the kinks in some new PDA based diet software I am demoing. SP is wonderful for the basics but I find I enter data here and then have to enter other data in other places and try to keep it all in sync, Pain the ____~!

(I am a Database Administrator so keeping data is part of my nature, sick huh!)

You might check out, they have some pretty kewl software. For instance, it automatically interfaces with a Polar Heart Rate monitor watch and creates an exercise entry for you, complete with all the details, e.g. duration, time in each hr zone, etc... They have a PC version and a Windows Mobile version that sync with each other, so I can have my phone/pda with me and enter data where ever I am.

My wife thinks I am nuts! But what ever it takes to be successful in this fitness journey is a price not to high if the end result is a few years back on my life.

BTW, you are doing marvelous and I dig the new wallpaper, I am planning on having it installed in on the inner crevices of my brain, so it will be the first thing I see when I wake up! Wonder Woman rocks!
