Lost 1.8 pounds! Not “totally” happy with it but at least I am cheery. I just hate the diet game! You can be so good, follow your diet so close, keep to your exercise program religiously, but the day you step on the scale it’s like flicking the spinner in the game of diet. Is there anyone out there who knows how to manipulate a roulette wheel? Can you do the same on the diet game? I want to be your friend!
