Lost 1.8 pounds! Not “totally” happy with it but at least I am cheery. I just hate the diet game! You can be so good, follow your diet so close, keep to your exercise program religiously, but the day you step on the scale it’s like flicking the spinner in the game of diet. Is there anyone out there who knows how to manipulate a roulette wheel? Can you do the same on the diet game? I want to be your friend!

I agree with you that it is frustrating when you stick rigidly to what you are meant to do and all for NOTHING, or almost nothing.

I have come to accept that any loss regardless of how small is still a loss and so long as I don't gain then it is still a bonus.

Keep up the good work.

Take a deep breath and let it out. Relax always.

1.8 pounds lost is great. You won't go back and FIND it again.

I've probably told you already that I'm reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. about emotional eating, but it sure is a great book and giving me so much to fight that "INNER BRAT" Spondulex, who always wants to eat something I don't need.
ROGER GOULD has three interviews at if you haven't seen them. He's a medical doctor at UCLA.
