No, really

So i'm down 9 lbs. For real this time. Didn't exactly go backwards before, but i think i got a little ahead of myself, and may have over calculated. So this morning when i weighed myself, i was right where i thought i was last week...............Or i went backward LOL. Though it doesn't feel like i did. Hard to tell since i don't have a scale at home, and every scale is different. I've been using the one at work, which means that i'm weighing in with clothes, so that's an extra 2lbs (i took my shoes of, since they literally weigh 3 lbs together). So i guess i'm doing good....
I walked my butt off yesterday, even got up to jogging for about 1/3 of a mile. It wasn't as hard as i thought it would be, but it still wasn't easy. The treadmill seems to be harder to use as a motivator. Something to do with not feeling like you've made any progress since you're not technically moving. But it's better than not doing anything at all, i suppose. Tonight is Pilates and weights. Should be fun. And by fun, I mean painful. We shall see tomorrow if I can lift my arms over my head.
