Do you ever have days where you just seem to feel sorry for yourself? I'm not even sure if that's the way to put it. I seem to have hit a plateu and as much as I know I need to go on, it's really difficult to not emotionally eat.
I've chosen healthy foods (mainly homemade granola), but have found myself eating it out of frustration rather then hunger. I think now that it's closer to dinner, I'll go eat a big salad and then low cal. chili for dinner. Hopefully that will help smooth the day out.
