Sorry for myself

Do you ever have days where you just seem to feel sorry for yourself? I'm not even sure if that's the way to put it. I seem to have hit a plateu and as much as I know I need to go on, it's really difficult to not emotionally eat.

I've chosen healthy foods (mainly homemade granola), but have found myself eating it out of frustration rather then hunger. I think now that it's closer to dinner, I'll go eat a big salad and then low cal. chili for dinner. Hopefully that will help smooth the day out.

    That is usually the issue with overeating and snacking, emotional eating or boredom. By having healthier foods handy for these occasion will help you get through it.
