Last week I had physical therapy daily and I'm starting to feel an improvement. Yesterday I was allowed to do the exercise bike for 10 minutes. And, I'm now allowed to walk for 10 minutes. I think of it more as shuffling than walking as I can only go at half my normal speed.
The good thing is that I'm 100% focusing on every step I take and every exercise movement I make. Nothing is routine or done in a hurry. So, for now, it's a bout growth in a different way.

    Good for you! Ten minutes is nothing to sneeze at! I've had many injuries/disabilities in the last ten years, and a LOT of physical therapy. I know it seems permanent when you're experiencing it, and recovery is never as fast as we like. But you WILL make a comeback, I'm sure.
