Well, today was my last day of free days for awhile so I didn't track calories. I am recommitting to the plan tomorrow and I will be using the data I gathered while wearing the BB to help me with that plan. Here are the stats...

My workout was an hour of spinning. I also took a one hour leisure walk. During the spinning, my HRM said 260 calories burned and BB said 216.
