Well, Fridays tend to be a killer for me, especially the past few weeks. My friend and I go to dinner (with drinks) and I think it is killing my weigh in on Saturday mornings. Then I am getting mad that the scale isn't moving and ruin my Saturday which leads to Sunday and then I start over Monday. I have to work on keeping myself on track over the weekend and work healthy eating into my Fridays. But, on the bright side, the scale is still going down, down, down....

    Maybe you should try weighing yourself on friday mornings instead of saturday. That way it's okay for you to have a few drinks with your friends on friday nights because you have all week to work them off plus more! I think it's a good to have at least one night with a little reward for your hard work. It's just a suggestion though:)
