    I agree 100% I actually believe that undereating is worse than overeating. I would rather give my body too many nutrients and keep my metabolism raised than starve my body of the things it needs and, in the process, create an environment where my body is scared to use fat as an energy source. :) But, that's just me.

    Quite a big gap in the numbers from all 3 sources. emoticon I wonder how many people underestimate their calories burned. Under-eating can be just as bad as overeating when trying to lose weight. Interesting. Very interesting!
