Well, I had a really good work out at the gym! I did 20 min on recumbent bike, 18 min of brisk walking, and 6 min of jogging. Then, I did a good weight work out. I think one of the reasons I haven't lost is because I'm gaining more muscle. I don't want to get discouraged about weighing in. Ya know what I mean? So, I will keep it up and watch my eating closer. I do feel like drinking more water has made me less hungry. Yeah!
