Hi Y'all! I've been surfing the Sparks pages all night, and I love what I see! I'm trying to lose weight for our wedding in 8 months. I realized I can buy a Dream Wedding with my sparks points, so that's what I'll be saving up for! I tried to complete as many activities tonight as I could! At first I thought, I'm going to skip those strength training activities. Then I got point-greedy and decided to do them to get that much closer to our dream wedding (literally and figuratively speaking!). I'm so glad I actually did them, they were way easier than I thought, and I feel better!
I have a confession: I've never counted calories before! I've gone on diets, tried to lose weight, and all done by just changing my eating habits and exercising. This time, I'm serious about weight loss and have decided to track my calories. This site makes it easy and addicting!
So, tomorrow, I'm going to make sure to drink all 8 cups of water. I'll also eat a bigger breakfast (oatmeal and egg whites) so I last longer at work. I'm a server. It's hard to not sneak a few french fries or croutons dipped in ranch when you're starving! I feel very successful on my first diet day!
