hit the gym..

yesterday and! today! yee :)
got in some cardio - i have overcome the eliptical trainer!!, and lastnight i got right into some excellent body work with upper/arms, midsection and lowerbody/hips buns thighs! this is turning into a great combo!

back to hit the gym again tomorrow, and with a heat/sauna bed session if i can, rewarding and beneficial !
