On Monday I ran three straight miles!!! I had to slow down because of a really bad side cramp because my breathing was horrible in the last mile, but I still ran the whole way!
Today is a light day, only 2 miles, then another 3 mile run this week. Next week is a 3 mile, 2 mile then rest until the race on Sunday!
I am so proud of myself for this! The only thing is that I haven't lost ANY weight which is really disappointing. I need to focus on my nutrition now, it hasn't been great but hasn't really changed either. I think it is back to Weight Watchers points for me!
Not really sure what to do about the food stuff yet though...hmmmmmm
