Poopie! No Whoo Whoo this week

Poopie! I didn’t drop a pound this past week. I dropped a milk carton on the kitchen floor. I dropped my head in shame after making more than one inappropriate comments. I dropped bombshell at work, we won't talk about that. But not one pound…..NOT ONE! I'm sure I did it to myself after doing diet over kill the last few weeks in an attempt to win that contest, but hey, I’m cool. I was good this past week, and good things come to those who wait for it. However, in saying that, let’s just hope the universe doesn’t make me wait past next weeks weigh in…….or else. (Insert maniacal wicked laugh here)

    Don't sweat it, girl. Plateauing is your body's way of making adjustments. A few weeks back I was stuck at 308 for like two weeks. Just stick with the program and your body will catch up. And if it lasts longer than two weeks, then it's time to shake up your routine with diet and exercise, but am doubting you'll have to do that. Plateaus are par for the course. Hang in there and don't lose momentum!
