Starting over again, as I stepped away from being truly aware of how much I was eating. Weight has finally made it over 200, so it's time to batten down the hatches. Ok, truth be told, the scale said 202.4 this morning....yipes!
I have done really well over the last year, becoming aware of eating whole and unprocessed foods. I still have a voracious sweet tooth that I do have to really keep in check though.
I would like to continue to eat whole foods, but rather, concentrate on quantity since I seem to have the quality down. My goal for this week is to get back down under 200, and to drink enough water and green tea. Yogi Green Tea is the best...it naturally gives you energy, but sweet Jesus, don't drink before bed!
I will update again when I am under 200.....
