Forgive me if I may sound silly. I've never blogged before. I've been a member of spark people since mid 2006, right after I got engaged. Like any bride, I wanted to lose weight and get toned. I wanted to get down to 135, which I did.
. But then after a few health issues and a cruise, I managed to gain back 10 pounds.
I want to get back down to 135 (my 1st goal) by june 14th, for a family wedding. Hopefully, I will get down to that number and then will post another goal...also, I want to get into jogging and need some tips and motivation for that....
