My Final Goal weight: 125
Well I have made it another week and I am feeling fine. I have worked out everyday since joining this site; well almost, I missed 1 day but I guess I can consider that a rest day.
The transformation taking place in my life is tremendous. I am now eating on a regular basis and Im more concious of what I put in my body. Excercise is an activity I can't imagine not participating in because it has given me so much more energy.
I have heard many views on this but I must confess that I weigh myself everyday. Usually before I workout and then after just so I can gage how much water Ive lost and need to replenish. Sometimes I do it because I think the scale must be broken. Am I really losing all this weight? Cool.
I moved to Stage 2 this morning and Im excited to find out what is in store for me in the upcoming weeks.
