Do I want to lose weight and get healthier? Of course!! Though things always get in my way. Things like stresses, being on the run, Feeling bad or just seeing yummy food. Eating bad, at the moment, seems like it is something I need and can't control.
Well today I was reading about someone who had lost weight, in my TOPS magazine. And she mentioned a quote that she found.
I plan on putting this quote up on my wall.
"Don't trade what you want most for what you want now."
Every time I overeat, I am trading what I want that moment for the long time goal I am seeking. I want to make better choices. I have just decided that I better put that up in every room and in my car also. :)
