Well. I've been slacking on our team challenge. I started working nights on Monday night and I'm trying to rework my schedule. I was doing really well before. I've never been a scheduled kind of girl but working full time days really helped. I woke up, ate breakfast, took my vitamin, drank green tea on the way to work, had lunch, came home, had a snack, cooked dinner, went for a walk all the while drinking tons of water. Well, now my life has been flipped and it'll take me awhile to figure out what is going to work best.
The good news is, I weighed in this morning...well, this afternoon when I woke up and I was down to 171.2. That means I have crossed the 20 pound mark and I'm very excited! At the beginning of this month I had set a goal to be down to 165 by the end of April. That means I have 6.2 pounds and 3 weeks to go. Here is hoping...that and working my ass off to get there. Tonight is my third night in a row working. Hopefully my body will start getting used to it soon and I'll be able to sleep for more consecutive hours during the day.
I'm off to find a snack and get ready to go in to work. I hope everyone has a wonderful night and I'll check in soon.
