BLC6 First Day

I joined BLC6 12 week challenge. I'm on the Lavender Team and am going to try to lose 18 pounds in the next 12 weeks. Hope I'm somewhere in the ballpark. It starts today and I've got a non-busy day so I make sure I get my exercise in.

The virtual walk challenge is going well I'm up to about 50 miles a week and might make it to Boise next fall.

So far today I've walked the dog 2 miles, done a 2 mile Leslie Sansone video, done abs and upper arms strength.

I'll be running a few errands, but I hope to get some more walking in this afternoon/ evening.

    Well, you *say* today is not a busy day, but you've already gone 4 miles and done strength training. All I've done so far is go to Wal-Mart :)

    You've got a good strategy going! A lot of people don't realize that all those 2 miles add up to one great workout.
