Lose 5% body weight...CHECK

Whoohooo!!! Down 15 lbs which means I've reached my very first goal of losing 5% of my body weight. Feels Great. Next goal is to lose another 14 lbs which will be my 10% body weight goal. I'm soooo excited. Hopefully I can keep up this consistent weight loss until Friday and be below 270 for my next weigh in. Goodbye 270's...260ville here we come!

    Woohoo to you!!! It is such a great feeling that is for sure. you've got some great weight loss goals and its so much better to have little mini goals. It keeps you on course. I have 12 pounds to my first goal of 199 and as of right now I am about 5 pounds shy of losing 15% of my body weight. Great job so far. *high five* Keep up the great work. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress in future blogs. You can so do it!!!
