UPDATED MEASUREMENTS

Mar 3/08 Apr 5/08
waist - 38.5 38 = .5 inches lost
hips - 43 42 = 1 inch lost
neck - 14.5 14.5 = same
bust - 40.5 39.5 = 1 inch lost
ribcage 33.2 33.5 = .3 inches gained
biceps - 11.6 11.5 = .1 inches lost
wrist - 6.6 6.5 = .1 inches lost
thighs - 24.4 23.6 = .8 inches lost
calf - 17.1 16.8= .3 inches lost
ankle - 9.9 9.8 = .1 inches lost

I'm so glad I took my measurements finally. Over the past month I've only lost 4 lbs, but by these measurements I can see that significant changes are still taking place!

I'll be happy if I can maintain over the next month during finals. It will be a difficult period for me, let's just say I'm not going to buy any more peanut butter until it's over. here's hoping!!

  You are doing so great, don't ever let the PB tell you different! hehe. Those are amazing losses and everything you are doing, eating well, working out, lifting weights.. is the reason you ARE losing weight and toning up and losing those inches! It's amazing!

    You will do fine the next month. You have the right mindset and a very supportive partner. And as I often like to remind myself, exercise will clear your head and thought process much better then chocolate or peanut butter...
