**cheering** Yay me!

I am so happy with my progress today. I went for my early morning run and was just happy to be out there in my tennis shoes. I have been running 3 miles about 3 days a week and I try to sqeeze in a couple of 2 mile days, too. I will be running in a 5K in a couple of weeks, and it will be the first time I will be able to do the entire thing without walking. This is a big personal goal for me. Today was weigh in day and I met another weight loss mini goal. I get to go get my MP3 player today. I can't wait to get some songs on it and get running. I will actually get to listen to something besides the cows mooing. I am also pleased that my body fat has dropped from 32% to 26%. I am happy that I am sticking with it and I feel that this is a permanent lifestyle change. I want my children to grow up in a healthy house.
