Ok, for some reason it won't let me paste into the blog. Strange.
Anyways. I tried to post yesterday and it wouldn't work then either. Bummer.
I went over my calories today...BUT not by many. I only worked out minimally....BUT it is better than nothing.
It was my birthday today so we went out to dinner to celebrate. I decided that I wasn't going to go crazy and eat anything and everything but that I wasn't going to mentally count each calorie that I put in my mouth. I'm going to try to work out extra tomorrow to make up for the cheesy goodness otherwise known as alfredo that I indulged in today.

Challenge stats


Cardio: 10 min running stairs/circuit training
Strength: butt, legs
Cal: 1635 (my range 1270-1620)
Water: 10

3 days of cardio
2 days of strength
2 days within cal range
3 days with 8+ water

    Don't beat yourself up! Those days have passed and I hope that you had a wonderful birthday. Today is a new day and don't look back and regret. Just learn from it and live in the present.
