I think I have a handle on the whole nutrition thing for the moment. What has got me really confounded is finding time to exercise. Part of my struggle is trying to create a balance between finding time for myself and keeping the house out of total chaos. I know I have some time every afternoon when the girls are sleeping and my son is busy doing his own thing, but that is usually when I clean up the kitchen which at this point is truly a disaster area. And although I'd really like it to be, I just don't see how doing dishes can be counted as cardio. I can't even convince myself its strength training, the dishes just aren't heavy enough. ;-) I guess I will just have to get a bit more organized and try to clean as I go and then totally commit that time to working out, no matter what. Because if I don't make it a priority, no else is going to do it for me.
